Code of Conduct

The only person a performer is trying to be better than is their past self. At Encore we expect all performers to be encouraging and positive in their comments towards one another and themselves. We are all learning together. 

Encore students and their families will be good sports at all times. Negative comments about a performer or team (whether ours or from another studio) are NEVER permitted. Such behavior is grounds for dismissal . Encore students and their families will be respectful in conduct, speech, and behavior.

Parents, we work hard to build team synergy. That chemistry can be shattered at your dinner table or on the ride home from class. Please be good examples of kind, uplifting speech.
