Music Classes
Our music classes are an affordable alternative to private lessons. Small class sizes allow musicians to get individualized instruction for a fraction of the cost.
We are pleased to offer private and group lessons for stringed instruments and piano. If your musician is interested in an instrument not listed here, please send us an email. We're constantly looking to expand our program. *Please Note that information on voice lessons is available on the theater page of our website*
Group Violin/Viola
Group Cello/Bass
Students will learn how to perform together in a small-group setting. Students will continue to build on the foundational knowledge gained from prior string experience. To qualify for Ensemble, students must have a basic knowledge of their instrument, including knowing all the notes on each string, note reading (including music symbols, key signatures, rhythm and dynamics). Students should be able to play in tune while listening to those around them.

Fiddle Fusion
Join us for a lively class where students collaborate to explore fiddle tunes from diverse musical traditions including Bluegrass, Celtic, and Old-Time. Our class offers a dynamic curriculum aimed at refining musicianship and performance abilities across a spectrum of topics.
Participants will engage in a rich array of activities, from mastering intricate melodies to honing ensemble skills. With ample opportunities to showcase their talents and even participate in contests, students will find an inspiring platform to demonstrate their progress and passion for music.
Prerequisites include an intermediate-level proficiency on their instrument, ensuring a cohesive and productive learning environment. Instruments welcomed in the ensemble include fiddle, mandolin, banjo, guitar, and bass.

Youth Symphony
Indulge in the exhilarating experience of performing classical, pop, bluegrass, and rock music alongside fellow string players in Encore Symphonic Sound. Our ensemble offers a vibrant platform for musicians to showcase their talents and explore diverse musical genres.
To join our ensemble, students are required to demonstrate at minimum an intermediate level of proficiency on their instrument. We welcome violin, viola, cello, and bass players with the possibility of featuring guest artists on electric guitar, harp, and keyboard.

Absolute beginners are required to start with our private lessons. Once they pass off basic skills they are eligible for our group classes. If you have questions about your student's music education please reach out to our music director, Tiffany

Tuition Rates
The registration fee for all music classes is $50 per student. This goes to cover the cost of student's method books and other supplies. A $50 per student concert fee will be charged in March. That fee includes 3 tickets to the end of year performance.
